What are your Reception hours?
As a small lodge, we have limited fron desk hours,we do all our check-in process online. If reception is close please dial +61423 774 373 do not worry there is always a staff member in the lodge.
We do not use keys; all our doors have a keypad and you will use a PIN code to access the building and your room. Your check-in instructions will be sent to you around 1PM on your check-in day.

Do you have a lift/elevator?
Access to the two floors of the property is via our main lobby staircase only.
You can also leave some bags next to the stairs if it is too hard to carry.

What is the earliest I can Check-in?
Standard check-in time is 2PM. If you would like to Check-in ahead of time and get an early start on your trip please contact us.
You can check-in as early as 11AM.

Can I arrive late?
Yes, you can arrive anytime after 2PM.

What are the parking options?
Parking Information
Bayswater Boutique Lodge doesn’t have on-site parking, but we want to make things easier for you. Below are some nearby options that many of our guests use. Please note these car parks are independent from us.
Street Parking – Right outside the Lodge on Bayswater Road and nearby streets.
Mon–Fri: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM → 2-hour limit
Sat: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM → 2-hour limit
Free outside these hours, on Sundays and public holidays.
Bayswater Car Park – 33 Bayswater Rd (about 150m away). A secure private car park with a 1.8m height limit. Prices change daily.
Holiday Inn Car Park – 203 Victoria St (about 400m away). Secure undercover parking (1.8m height limit). Expect around $40–$80.
Kings Cross / Elizabeth Bay Car Park (Secure Parking) – Ward Avenue, just a 5–7 minute walk.
The Wharf Woolloomooloo Car Park – Lincoln Crescent, about 10–12 minutes on foot. Large car park with flexible rates.
The Domain Car Park (Wilson Parking) – St Mary’s Road, roughly 15–20 minutes’ walk or a short ride. A big facility with discounted pre-paid options.
Parking Apps – Parkable and Parkhound also list private spots in Potts Point for casual, weekly, or monthly bookings.

Are your rooms non-smoking?
Yes, all rooms at Bayswater Boutique Lodge are non-smoking.
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the hotel premises.
Fee from $250 for violations.
Additional fines apply if the fire department is called due to smoking.

Security deposit
We require a security deposit of $150 prior to check-in.
The amount will be returned upon check-out if you did not incur any extra expenses during your stay.
It is only a hold on your account and It takes a maximum of 3 days to disappear from your bank account.
The security deposit is released automatically. It is mandatory to access the lodge.

Housekeeping Availability
Our friendly Housekeeping team are on site daily from 10AM to 4PM.
Please note that outside of those hours we will not be able to service your room.
We are working hard to ensure all communal areas are sanitized daily.
Use the door sign do not disturb/please make up my room if you would like your room to be serviced. We service the room after 2PM.
If your stay exceeds 3 nights a full linen change is provided during your time with us.

Why should I book using this website
By booking using this website you are dealing directly with the accommodation provider, which gives you more control over your booking.

What is your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.

How do I guarantee by booking?
Credit card details are required to secure room booking and a $150 c bond.

Do you have Luggage Storage?
Yes, if you arrive prior to 2PM and your room is not ready, you can leave your bags next to the stairs along the wall in front of the reception door.
If you need to store your luggage after checking out, you can also leave your bags with us and return them later in the day to collect them.
Please note that it is not secured storage, we are not responsible for the theft or loss of any belongings.

We understand that pets are part of the family, and we are happy to welcome your furry friends at our lodge. Our pet-friendly policy is limited to our terrace room, and we charge an additional fee of $55 per night to cover extra cleaning costs. Please note that we have limited availability for pet-friendly rooms, so it's essential to notify us in advance to ensure we can accommodate you and your furry friend. Also, we kindly ask pet owners to respect our policies regarding pet behavior and cleanliness to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
